[en] We explicitly construct a whole new class of nonlinear matter couplings in N=2 supergravity theory in four dimensions. These are the first examples of couplings described by nonsymmetric and nonhomogeneous σ-model manifolds that include the recently found Pedersen self-dual metric with constant negative scalar curvature. We give 4n-dimensional and multicenter generalizations of this σ-model coupling and discuss their relation to the hyper-Kaehler geometry of Taub-NUT and multi-Taub-NUT metrics. (orig.)
