AbstractAbstract
[en] The present thesis investigates the interstitial-impurity interaction in dilute alloys. Thus the kinetics of the radiation-induced segregation of the impurities is observed by means of electric conductivity measurements. By proton irradiation a great deal of free interstitials is produced and by Helium implantation many traps which are stable during proton irradiation are built in. This new measuring method is applied to the systems AuFe, AuNi, AuPt, AuTi, CuSi, AgAl, AgGe, AuMn, AuV, AuZn, CuNi, AgMn, AgPd, AuAl, AgAu and AgZn. (BHO)
