AbstractAbstract
[en] The mobilizing effect of the flavone compounds morin and ipriflavone, resp., on retention and elemination of orally applied 85Sr was investigated in normal and pregnant rats. In both groups the body burden was decreased by 50-70% after dietary flavone administration. In new-born rats the storage of 85Sr in the skeleton was diminished by 20-50% after flavone treatment compared to untreated controls
