AbstractAbstract
[en] Method for Sm5Sb3 samarium antimonide preparation by high-temperature interaction of metallic samarium with antimony-containing component is suggested. The use of Sm4Sb3 as antimony-containing component, heating of initial components at 270-330 deg C up to Sm penetration into Sm4Sb3 crystal lattice and further formation of single-phase Sm5Sb3 at 750-850 deg C enable to improve product purity
