AbstractAbstract
[en] Biodistributions of a series of eight 99mTc hydroxybenzylsarcosine (HBS) complexes were carried out in rats and their urinary and hepatobiliary excretion compared with their lipophilicities, the influence of substituent on the phenyl ring and plasma protein binding ability. The charge on the complexes was determined by electrophoresis at varying pH values. The HBS derivatives formed anionic complexes with 99mTc that excreted mainly via the urinary route. An increase in the lipophilicity of the complexes by substitution of halogens onto the phenyl ring led to an increase in serum protein binding and a decrease in the urinary output but hat no direct effect on hepatobiliary output. Se estudiaron en ratas la biodistribucion de una serie de 8 complejos de 99mTc hidroxibenzilsarcosima (HBS), su excresion urinaria y hepatobiliar comparada con su lipofilicidad, la influencia del grupo fenil, y la capacidad de ligamento de las proteinas del plasma. La carga de los complejos fue determinada por electroforesis variando los valores del pH. Los derivados del HBS formaron comlejos anionicos con 99mTc que se excretaron principalmente por via urinaria. Un aumento en la lipofilicidad de los complejos en el anillo fenolico, produce un aumento en la ligadura de las proteinas del suero y un descenso en el rendimiento urinario, pero no tiene efecto directo sobre el rendimiento hepatobiliar.
