[en] Method of measuring ion parameters in electron rings of ion collective accelerator is described. To extend functional capabilities of the method at the expence of increasing the number of simultaneously measured ion parameters including determination of type, charge, number of ions and ring electric field potential, as well as increase the mesurement accuracy electron synchrotron radiation is recorded. Spectral composition of this radiation and radiation line width are measured. Type and charge of ions are determined by measured spectrum line wave lengths by means of comparison to table data. Ion number in the electron ring is found by line intensity and electron-ion electric field potential is calculated by spectral line width. 2 figs
