AbstractAbstract
[en] Relaxation of powerful electron beams in a magnetized and isotropic plasma is investigated. It is shown that the level of excited Langmuir turbulence is by a factor of 10-2-10-3 the beam energy. The plasma parameters in the plateau region are determined. The observed fast relaxation means that the electron distribution function has the form of ''quasiplateau'' in each point with parameters slowly varying as fast electrons are propagating.
