[en] This activity plan outlines the overall test requirements for overcoring development tests at the Near-Surface Test Facility (NSTF) using the Commonwealth Scientific and Industrial Research Organization (CSIRO) Triaxial Hollow Inclusion Strain Cell. The testing is being conducted to field check both the overcoring equipment system and the CSIRO test instructions and to train Rockwell Hanford Operations (Rockwell) personnel. Improvements and modifications developed during the testing will be incorporated into the test instructions. 4 refs
