AbstractAbstract
[en] Rabbits received sub-threshold single doses of 20-30 μCi of 125/131I-thyroxine (T4) by intravenous injection. About 16 hours later, each experimental group of animals received either human thyropexin (hTBG), human pre-albumin (hTBPA), or human serum albumin (hSA) in different quantities. The backflow of the injected tracer T4 into the blood stream was determined by measuring the overall radioactivity and the precipitate radioactivity in the serum. (orig./MG)

Kaninchen erhielten unterschwellige Einzeldosen von 20-30 μCi 125/131J-Thyroxin (T4) i.v. injiziert. Rund 16 Stunden danach wurden je nach Versuchsgruppe Humanthyropexin (hTBG), Humanpraealbumin (hTBPA) oder Humanalbumin (hSA) in unterschiedlichen Mengen gespritzt. Das Ausmass des Rueckstroms an injiziertem Tracer-T4 in die Blutbahn wurde durch Messung der Gesamtradioaktivitaet und der Praezipitatradioaktivitaet im Serum ermittelt. (orig./MG)Original Title
