AbstractAbstract
[en] Numerical Runge-Kutta's method applied to a system of differential equations describing the isothermal decay kinetics of 15600 cm-1 band in irradiated lilac spodumene, led to the conclusions which can be summarised as follows. The untrapping parameters α1 and α2 obey Arrhenius law with activation energies E1 = 0.043ev and E2 = 1.05 ev and pre-exponential factors α1 = 30.6s-1 and α2 = 5.3x1012s-1. The recombination parameter β and the retrapping parameters γ1 and γ2 were found to fit a function proportional to (T1/2-T01/2) with cutoff energy T0 =346K. (author)

O metodo numerico de Runge-Kutta aplicado ao sistema de equacoes diferenciais que descrevem a cinetica do decaimento isotermico da banda de 15600 cm-1 em espodumeno lilas irradiado, leva a conclusoes que podem ser resumidas como se segue. Os parametros de desaprisionamento α1 e α2 obedecem a lei de Arrhenius com energias de ativacao E1=0.043eV e E2=1.05 eV e fatores pre-exponenciais α1=30.6 s-1 e α2=5.3x1012s-1. Encontrou-se que o parametro de recombinacao β e os parametros de reaprisionamento γ1 e γ2 fitam uma funcao proporcional a (T1/2-T01/2 com energia de corte T0=346K. (L.C.)Source
