[en] The X-ray analysis of Gd3Ga5O12 single-crystal plates irradiated with neutrons was caried out. The neutron fluxes were in the region of 7x1016<Φth<7x1019 cm-2. 2x1016 cm-2<Φf<2x1019 cm-2 t<irr<200 deg C. The flux dependence of ΔΘ has not been observed for the (444)α. The experimental results are interpreted in terms of the kink-form propagation of thermal neutrons in the medium having a high 155Gd, 157Gd content
