AbstractAbstract
[en] The authors report new results on Nd:YAG laser deposition of YBaCuO and BiCaSrCuO films. A detailed study on XRD, SEM, and EDAX will be given. The properties of bulk target materials will be compared to that of deposited films. Analysis will also include results on as-deposited and post-annealed films. Film qualities for Nd:YAG vs. Excimer lasers will also be discussed; along with a comparison of laser deposition techniques and plasma deposition techniques
