[en] The Mineralizing non-homogeneity effect in X-ray sampling was investigated with theory of mathematical statistics for the first time. A method of correcting the mineralizing non-homogeneity effect based on mathematical statistics has been developed for X-ray sampling. Theoretical evaluations and experiments have shown that the method developed is affected least by the mineralizing non-homogeneity effect
