[en] The additions of Te in high-Tc superconductors of YBa4Cu6Oy which was recently found are investigated experimentally. The results indicate that the addition of Te does not affect the transition point so much, but it apparently increases Jc, when the addition of Te is about x approx.0.7, where x stands for the number of moles in the formular, YTexBa4Cu6Oy
