AbstractAbstract
[en] Two-dimensional commensurable ordered superstructures that can arise in La2MeO4+δ (Me=Cu, Ni) crystals are considered. It is shown that stable superstructures with δ=0.125, 0.25, and 0.5 are formed as long-range ordering of superstoichiometrical oxygen. The decomposition of a nonstoichiometric La2MeO4+δ compound into the ordered phases with stoichiometric compositions is proposed. (orig.)
