[en] Macrocycles with amine atom of nitrogen, differing by cycle size, were studied as extractants. Ability of these macrocycles to protonation known from publications, was supported. Extraction of 16 metals by chloroform solutions of these compounds was investigated by tracer method. Macrocycles with 14- and 15-member cycle extract silver, mercury(2), copper(2) and with 28-member one - cadmium, zinc, cobalt(2), palladium, additionally. Metal : microcycle ratio in extracted compounds is equal to 1 : 1. Extraction equations were suggested, and extraction constants were calculated
