AbstractAbstract
[en] Plastic strain of high-strength complex nickel base alloyEhI 828-VD (Al-4.6 %, Cr-10 %, Mo-10 %, W-5 %, C-0.07 %, B-0.01 %, Ni- the rest) under cold drawing with intermediate high-temperature annealings is studied. Analysis of a complex of physicochemical phenomena, studied in this paper, permits to suppose that cracking of deformed alloy takes place in course of heating under softening annealing at 800-1000 deg C due to internal stresses, arising from material volume increase as a result of phase transformation development at this temperatures. Cracking of material may be avoided by annealing of optimally deformed structure (40-50 %)
