[en] Calculations and experiments were formed to investigate phase equilibria melt - crystal in the secondary system GaAs-GaSb-InAs-InSb-As-Sb (for compositions of GaxIn1-xAsySb1-y solid solution, isoperiodical with GaSb). The effect of value of melt overheating with respect to liquidus temperature, time of holding at this elevated temperature on the value of possible supercooling of liquid phase till the occurrence of solid solution nuclei, was established in result of experiments
