[en] Carbon and nitrogen effect on the process of nucleation and propagation of a crack during embrittlement of Kh25 steel at 475 deg C is determined 5-10 nm size zones are detected in a grain body using electron-microscope investigations into the structure of thin foils of samples embrittled at 475 deg C. Obviously the local distortions around zones appear to be the reason for dislocation mobility reduction in time-temperature region of brittleness 475 deg C development
