AbstractAbstract
[en] Ceramic samples produced by sintering of alloyed P,As,Sb and Bi powders and BNsph of 10-100 μm for 20 s under the pressure of 7.5 GPa and at the temperature of 2300 K have been studied. It is shown that alloying of sphalerite BN by isovalent impuriries, as well as compounds containing nitrogen, does not result in the appearance of new types of paramagnetic defects. The presence of alloying impurity tells on the formation and interaction, both with each other and some other lattice defects, of paramagnetic point defects already present, wtich leads to the change in BN physical properties
