AbstractAbstract
[en] Photoluminescence and photosensitivity of CdS(Li) monocrystals with different lithium content are studied. Concentrations of the main defects, participating in formation of radiative recombination centres, are calculated on the basis of quasichemical model of defect formation. It is stated that with lithium concentrations below ∼5·1018 cm-3, there is no complete self-compensation of impurity in CdS(Li) and prevailing donors are Cdi proper defects, at higher concentrations the impurity is self-compensated
