AbstractAbstract
[en] The present investigation was undertaken to comparatively examine the nephrotropic capacity of triombrast, an angiourographic agent, and gadolinium diethylaminopentaacetate, a paramagnetic agent, which are widely used in medical diagnosis. It was found that the latter retained its nephtrotropic ability in renal diseases, whereas the elimination of triombrast from tha rat body, sharply slowed down due to lower accumulation and release of the drug from renal tissues
