AbstractAbstract
[en] Investigation into rapid processes in solid bodies under electron dense beam irradiation often requires variation of electron beam parameters within wide ranges. Facility able to control energy of produced electrons within 50-300 keV range, 0.7-7 ns pulse duration, up to 1 kA/cm2 beam current density is developed using RADAN-220 accelerator. Maximal electron energy equal to ∼200 keV, 0.2-0.6 ns pulse duration, >or approx. 15kA/cm2 beam current density are attained at connection of additional spark gap
