[en] We investigate the strongly interacting Higgs sector of the standard electroweak model with two Higgs doublets. We find out that if the Higgs mass is less than the effective cut-off scale where the unitarity is violated, there exist particle-like solitonic solutions for the classical equations of motion which may be very massive. We have derived an upper bound for the cut-off scale of the theory in terms of the Higgs mass. (orig.)
