AbstractAbstract
[en] Possible applications of high-Tc superconductors (HTSC) have stimulated an investigation of their resistance upon different particle radiations including high energies. In this paper the authors present an exposure dose dependence of Ic (T), Tc and R(T) for bulk granular Bi-Sr-Ca-Cu-O ceramics irradiated at the Dubna phasotron with 650 MeV protons. The degradation of Bi- and Y- based HISCs is compared under similar radiation conditions. Bulk samples of different compositions have been prepared by a solid-state reaction. Some parameters including R(T), Tc and transition width Δ Tc are shown
