[en] This paper reports on the results of the experimental search for double beta decay of 100Mo by using a new complete detector assembly, SISTEMA-1. an excess of events for the isotopically enriched source (46g of 100Mo) in comparison with blank-sources was found. Assuming that all extra events are due to two-neutrino double beta decay of 100Mo, T1/2(2ν) = (1 - 6) x 1018yr is estimated at 95% CL
