AbstractAbstract
[en] The energies, B(E2)↑, ρ2 and X(EO/E2) values in 238U and 240Pu are calculated in the RPA at quadrupole deformation β2 = 0.6 with the constant of quadrupole interaction which are the same as in calculations at β2 = 0.24. The structure of the 0+ states in the second minimum differ from the one in the fist minimum. The pp interaction strongly effects on a structure of 0+ states. The calculated energies and ρ2 values of the first excited 0+ states in 238U and 240Pu are in reasonable agreement with the experimental data. The isovector second 0+ states are predicted to appear in excitation energy 1 MeV. (author)
