AbstractAbstract
[en] The invention deals with neutron dosimetry and can be used for determining individual doses received by personnel servicing thermonuclear facilities and other neutron sources, as well as for taking cartograms of neutron radiation fields at these facilities. The invention is aimed at increasing the polymeric detector sensitivity to thermal (1.5 μrem) and fast (50 μrem) neutrons. For this purpose 0.1-10% of LiCl from the solution mass are added together with a sensitive substance to the acrylamide solution, after which emulsion with 0.1-1.0 μm drop size is produced by solution treatment with ultrasound with subsequent polymerization of acrylamide. 1 fig.; 1 tab
