[en] The invention refers to experimental nuclear physics and can be applied in electronic circuits of nuclear radiation detection. The invention is aimed at increasing the accuracy by means of counting the number of detected particles independent of the number of actuating detectors, and improving the fast response. The device comprises a unit for cluster edge segregation and a unit for recording the number of particles detected. Application of ^AND group elements allows one to record only the number of particles detected. Application of the counter with setting creates a possibility to stop the device operation at the moment of pre-assigned particle quantity detection. 2 figs
