[en] At last time the bilinear integral functionals over closed surface including direct and adjoint functions of radiation flux, are used for solving neutron transport problem in reactor systems. An attempt to study the properties of the bilinear functional on the exluzive surface and derive the equations for the calculation of reactivity changing is made.
