[en] Oak Ridge National Laboratory (ORNL) has implemented an aggressive waste minimization program that has resulted in significant reductions in many types of wastes in recent years. This program encompasses both near-term and long-term aspects of waste reduction for all types of wastes at the generation source as well as the waste handling and treatment facilities.
