AbstractAbstract
[en] Various electrophysical characteristics of ceramic materials in the fields of intense radiation fluxes (φH=4x1017 - 7x1018m-2xc-1, Pγ=20-103Gyxs-1) and elevated temperatures (250-6000C) versus dose, intensity and spectral composition of radiation were studied. The electrophysical investigations showed that most electro ceramics conserved their performances through the significant radiation dose. 4 refs.; 3 figs.; 1 tab. (author)
