[en] Public Service Company of Colorado's (PSC) Fort St. Vrain High Temperature Gas-Cooled Reactor (HTGR) has a contract with DOE to take eight segments of the Fort St. Vrain spent fuel at the Idaho National Engineering Laboratory (INEL). Fort St. Vrain has been permanently shutdown since 1989. Once the spent fuel is removed from spent fuel storage, the reactor will be decommissioned
