[en] The vast amount of experience accumulated to date in the fabrication of plutonium fuel assemblies and the course taken by the protracted licensing procedure is outlined. A description of the processes applied and the plant equipment at the existing fabrication facility is provided. The two new production lines, including ancillary systems with a planned annual capacity of 120 tons of mixed oxide, are also described. The current status of implementation with all licenses granted is also presented
