[en] Under this nuclear co-operation Agreement the Parties agree to consult each other at least once a year on developments in the peaceful uses of nuclear energy, and to exchange information concerning radiation protection. They also agree to provide each other with information (according to a list annexed to the Agreement) about their respective nuclear facilities. The Agreement also confirms the obligations of both countries under the IAEA Conventions on Early Notification and Assistance in the Case of a Nuclear Accident or Radiological Emergency. (NEA)
