AbstractAbstract
[en] Computation of deposition temperature for multilayered ion-plasma coatings produced with vacuum arc evaporation is offered. Calculation results obtained for multilayerd Ti-TiN coatings for different variables of the deposition process agree with experimental data. The conclusions about the computation adequacy and the effective ways of deposition temperature monitoring are derived
