[en] Morphological peculiarities of normal wave anomalous absorption resulted from their statistic transformation into slow unusual ones at small-scale natural heterogeneities of Frange electron concentration, are analyzed. It is determined, that heterogeneity enjoy maximal intensity in the morning 90 minutes after the sun rise over the Earth surface, in the evening - at the moment when terminator passes at 150 km height. The highest effects are observed from May up to July inclusively
