[en] Synopsis of the reports for the International Conference on the liquid rare-gas-base detectors is presented. Basic properties of liquid rare gases applied in scintillation counters and ionization chambers, are considered. Reports on development of electromagnetic and hadron calorimeters to carry out investigations into high energy physics, are presented. Special attention is paid to the project linked with development of liquid Kr-base large calorimeters, the energy resolution of which is minimum 5% within 130-1200 MeV energy range. Application examples of liquid detectors in astrophysics and in investigations linked with search for double beta-decay, are given
