AbstractAbstract
[en] Temperature dependences of resistance components of Y-Ba-Cu-O epitaxy films with various c-axis orientation relative to SrTiO3 substrate plane are studied. It is shown that ρab and ρc resistance components have metallic character of change with temperature. Average values of ρc/ρab anisotropy factor equal 18 by 300 K and 24 by 100 K. Influence of oxygen content on component properties is considered. No essential property change is indicated by small oxygen content variations (c ∼ 1.167-1.171 nm). By further decrease of oxygen content (c > 1.171 nm) transition temperature also decreased and ρc component dependence acquired semiconductive character where as relative change of anisotropy factor with temperature increased
