AbstractAbstract
[en] Direct measurements of strontium diffusion coefficients in La2-xSrxCuO4 (x = 0; 0.175; 0.3; 0.4) solid solutions in the 975-1150 deg C temperature range are carried out by layer-by-layer radiometric analysis. Efficient parameters of strontium diffusion DSr and Eact nonmonotonically vary with x increase taking on maximum values in the same x region (∼ 0.2-0.3), where one can notice extremal values of many other physical characteristics of strontium-alloyed lanthanum cuprate
