AbstractAbstract
[en] Transfer parameters were quantitatively evaluated and electron conductivity value was predicted from thermochemical properties of oxides. Electron transfer in oxides is explained by redox reaction occurrence in them. Activation energy and the type of electrotransfer can be assessed from the reaction heat. Reduction heats calculated using standard thermochemical data coincide satisfactorily with experimental activation energies of conductivity for different oxides (insulators, semiconductors, semimetals)
