AbstractAbstract
[en] ''DruechaL'' and ''TASP'' are the two ''first generation'' inelastic spectrometers at SINQ. They will be constructed with as much standardisation as possible and can in this respect be considered as ''sister'' instruments. Both instruments are basically ''conventional'' triple axis spectrometers moving on a 'Tanzboden' floor. The location is on bent guides in the guide hall of SINQ. The design of the cold D2 source, the curvature of the guides and the super mirror coating will allow a wide range of incoming energies (approx. 2 to 30 MeV), and the expected flux at the monochromator position will be approx. 4.107 neutrons/sec/cm2 for λ=4 A.
