AbstractAbstract
[en] The idea of new mechanism of induced coherent radiation by the atoms of a gas under Cherenkov threshold is suggested in this paper. This radiation must be emitted strictly in the direction of the movement of the charged particle, because it is provoked by the induced action of the field emitted by excited atoms along the relativistic particle track. It is emphasized that the last experimental investigation contains some indications of such radiation. An experiment for full evidence of the existance of this mechanism of pecular 'laser' discharge of the excited gas atoms along the relativistic particle track is proposed.
