AbstractAbstract
[en] Effect of medium field level blocking by quasiparticles producing multiphonon collective aligned states in transitional nuclei on the structure of quasiparticle vacuum and collective quadrupole phonons is analyzed. Energy values of collective states and matrix elements of the operator of E2-transition between them both in case of one type of particles and in a two-component system are calculated within the framework of a single j-level with regard to the given effect
