[en] In recent years, interference and holographic methods of plasma monitoring in the infrared and for electron concentrations of 1014-1016 cm-3 have been a topic of interest. The instrumentation described here uses as the sensor element a heterogeneous thermoplastic acceptor coated with a layer of magnetic particles. The acceptor fabrication technique is also presented.
