AbstractAbstract
[en] Discussion of a new Fokker-Planck code is presented. The code performs a kinetic simulation in two velocity coordinates and one space coordinate (aligned along the magnetic field) of a multi-species plasma using a Rosenbluth potential formulation to handle the collision term, and is being used to examine various plasma conditions where the standard fluid approximations are invalid. Some results comparing the collisionless and collisional sheath are presented
