AbstractAbstract
[en] Research which has been carried out shows that gamma rays from cobalt-60 can be used to prolong the storage time for fresh fish (by irradiation with pasteurizing doses and, for certain types of fish, with sterilizing doses). It is also possible to prepare stable fish conserves using irradiation doses of 1.5 to 2.0 Mrad. (author). 2 figs, 3 tabs
