[en] In this paper the technique and quality control of Co-60 γ radiation sterilization of medical devices has been studied. Radiation dose setting is determined by the AAMI method. Experiments show that radiation treatment has no effect upon the quality of the products. Under the same condition of packing and the environment, storage time of radiation sterilized products is four times that of products sterilized by heat. Clinical application of 1000 carton products showed that radiation sterilized products are safe and reliable. (author)
