[en] The diagnostic value of ²⁰¹Tl myocardial tomographic imaging in coronary heart diseases were studied in 31 cases of coronary heart disease and 15 normal subjects, compared with coronary angiography. The sensitivity and specificity of myocardial tomography were 97% and 80% respectively. The sensitivity in identifying one-vessel, two-vessels and three-vessels of coronary artery stenosis were 100%, 83% and 44% respectively. The detectability of LAD, RCA and LCX lesions were 95%, 93% and 59% respectively. It is concluded that ²⁰¹Tl myocardial tomography is a valuable procedure for the early diagnosis and localization of coronary stenosis
