AbstractAbstract
[en] The paper reports the formulae study results of cementation of spent organic solvent for in situ immobilization. Two approaches were used for cementation. In emulsion-cementation approach ethesial surfactant OUPE was added as emulsifier and additive DH4A, commercially available as retarder. In absorption-emulsion-cementation approach, activated charcoal was used as absorbent additionally. The results show that the spent solvent load in the cemented products produced by the emulsion-cementation and absorption-emulsion-cementation approach was 15% wt and 18% wt respectively. Both products have compression strength over 5 MPa. The product of the former approach has higher leach rate than that of the latter. For the product of the former approach the leach rate on the 42th day was 3.5 x 10-4 cm/d for 137Cs, 3.2 x 10-4 cm/d for 90Sr and 1.3 x 10-6 cm/d for 239Pu
